ACON-FED IBÉRICO VELITA CHORIZO

Made from meat of acorn-fed Ibérico pigs raised during the montanera season, and seasoned with paprika, garlic, and spices. Unlike the cular chorizo, this variety is stuffed into a thinner natural casing, giving the pieces a more uniform shape. This results in a shorter curing process and a juicier, more tender texture.
