Carefully selected cuts from the finest acorn-fed Ibérico pigs, raised during the “montanera” season. Seasoned with paprika, garlic, and spices, and stuffed into natural cular casing. After curing in our natural cellars, we obtain a premium Ibérico chorizo with an intense, unique, and characteristic flavor.
