Made from selected lean cuts of the finest acorn-fed Ibérico pigs raised during the montanera season, and flavored with natural spices, garlic, and pepper, which give it its unique taste. Unlike the cular variety, it is stuffed into a thinner natural casing, resulting in more uniform pieces and a shorter curing time. The texture is juicy and tender.
